International Development and the Sustainable Development Goals Seminar Series: ‘Aid and Development: Whose interest and who’s interested?’

Speaker: Myles Wickstead CBE

Location: The Old Council Chamber, Wills Memorial Building, Queens Rd, Bristol BS8 1RJ

This lecture was aimed at everyone with an interest in International Development
offering a space to engage with the current national and global events and the
implications of these for development. Academic staff, postgraduates,
development practitioners and the wider community are all welcome. Myles will
draw on his extensive and dynamic experience to offer his insight on aid and
development overtime and space. His book: ‘Aid and Development: A Brief
